Plain rules for using what we publish. Effective July 7, 2026.
Scope and agreement
These terms govern arctos-media.com and every website and service operated by Arctos Media LLC that links to this page, including pixel-politics.com and taloraeth.com. By using them, you accept these terms. If a property publishes supplemental terms for a specific feature (for example, accounts or purchases), the supplement controls where the two differ.
Our content and how you may use it
Everything we publish is owned by Arctos Media LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You are welcome to quote or excerpt our work with attribution and a link to the original; that is what it is for. Wholesale republication, scraping at scale, or commercial redistribution requires written permission: ask press@pixel-politics.com.
Trademarks
"Arctos Media," "Pixel Politics," and their logos are marks of Arctos Media LLC. Do not use them in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or origin that does not exist.
Acceptable use
Do not use our sites to break the law, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to impersonate us or anyone else. That is the whole list.
Third-party links
We link to outside sources constantly; that is how citation works. A link is a reference, not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content or how third-party sites operate.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something we host infringes your copyright, email legal@pixel-politics.com with: the work you own, the URL of the material, your contact information, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner. We review every notice and remove material when a notice is valid.
No warranties
Our sites and content are provided "as is." We work hard to be accurate, we cite our sources, and we correct our errors in public, but we cannot warrant that everything is complete, current, or error-free at every moment. See our disclaimer for what our content is and is not.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arctos Media LLC and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our sites or content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
