Recently, the evaluation results of the "Cultural Exchange and World Economy Project" of the Ministry of Education were announced, and our school was successfully selected.
In December 2021, the college actively planned to carry out in-depth demonstration around the feasibility of the project. After careful preparation, under the guidance of the Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange Center of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the college's special plan for international exchange and foreign cooperation during the "14th Five-Year Plan", the college proposed to cooperate with Beijing Huasheng Economic and World Information Technology company to jointly build the "Cultural Exchange and World Economy Project". The project relies on the International College, the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and the Department of Information Engineering of our college to jointly create international professional construction standards, curriculum systems, and teaching resources, cultivate international talents in intelligent manufacturing and other fields with an international perspective, promote and improve the professional construction level of colleges and universities in countries along the "the Belt and Road", and provide localized human resources services for Chinese enterprises that "go global".
It is understood that our school has been successfully approved as a world-class school project. The construction of overseas economic and social school will highlight the advantages of the college's disciplines, take into account the requirements of other majors, set up "international cooperation classes" in foreign cooperative universities, attract foreign students to study with the advantages of the major, give full play to the advantages of relevant disciplines, and build the economic and social school into a distinctive and influential academic exchange and talent training platform.
